Community Survey CBA for 78

The 78 is a multi-billion-dollar development by the Related Midwest, meant to be Chicago's  78th community area. This development will dramatically reshape land use, housing, transportation, and the surrounding built environment. However, the site is not completely set in stone; only phase 1 of development has been officially approved, and the southern portion of the site is mostly unplanned. The historic communities of Chicago - especially the immediate neighbors Chinatown, Pilsen, and Bronzeville - have the right to demand their own benefits from the project. The purpose of this survey is to collect community ideas for what they want to see created in The 78, in order to ultimately put forth a community vision plan for the site’s southern portion.
